  4. Page updatedAugust 25, 2026

The page contains a clearly directive section instructing that specific voters (SC-01 likely Democratic runoff primary voters) need to see specific messaging on specific digital platforms (OTT/CTV, YouTube, Meta, programmatic) starting ASAP, with timing tied to early voting and the runoff election. This is classic red-boxing guidance for an outside spender to run ads. The rest of the page is a standard press kit, but the directive section is unambiguous media-buy guidance.

Quoted evidence — verbatim spans from the page

  • Beginning ASAP, SC-01 likely Democratic runoff primary voters need to see across digital platforms including OTT/CTV, YouTube, Meta, and programmatic, need to see the following information for the June 23 Democratic Primary Runoff Election:
Explicit media-buy instruction specifying audience, channels, and timing for paid advertising.
  • Voters need to see positive communications starting as soon as possible. Early voting takes place on June 17 & 18 and the Democratic Primary Runoff Election is on Tuesday, June 23.
Directive to run positive ads with a specific start date and election calendar, addressed to whoever buys media.

Updated: June 10, 2026

Beginning ASAP, SC-01 likely Democratic runoff primary voters need to see across digital platforms including OTT/CTV, YouTube, Meta, and programmatic, need to see the following information for the June 23 Democratic Primary Runoff Election:

Rear Admiral Nancy Lacore served for 35 years in the U.S. Navy, a career that began as a helicopter pilot and culminated as a three-star Admiral and Chief of Navy Reserve. Last summer, Nancy Lacore was removed from her position by Pete Hegseth without cause. Now she’s running for Congress to fight Trump’s corruption, defend a woman’s right to choose, and bring down costs for Lowcountry families.

Pete Hegseth pushed Nancy out of Washington, and now others are lying about her record to keep her out. But her mission to serve didn’t stop when Hegseth removed her from the Navy, and it won’t stop now even as bullies try to carry water for Republicans and lie about her record.Voters need to see positive communications starting as soon as possible. Early voting takes place on June 17 & 18 and the Democratic Primary Runoff Election is on Tuesday, June 23.

  3. Guidance changedAugust 17, 2026
  4. Guidance changedAugust 25, 2026

The page contains a section with explicit media-buy instructions: it tells outside groups which voters to target, on which digital platforms (OTT/CTV, YouTube, Meta, programmatic), with what message, and when (ASAP, early voting dates). This is not a press release or voter-facing content; it is directive guidance for paid media. The rest of the page is a standard press kit, but the presence of this red-boxing section dominates the classification.

Directive specifying audience (voters), channels (digital platforms), timing (ASAP, runoff election), and that they 'need to see' a message — classic red-box media-buy instruction.
  • Voters need to see positive communications starting as soon as possible. Early voting takes place on June 17 & 18 and the Democratic Primary Runoff Election is on Tuesday, June 23.
Reinforces timing and urgency for ad placement, typical of guidance to outside groups.
