The page is a 'Media' page but contains explicit directives on which voter segments should see/hear/read specific messages, on which channels, and with prescribed themes and contrast framing against the opponent. This is not a standard press kit (no bios, logos, or press contacts) but rather media-buy guidance addressed to whoever runs paid advertising, i.e., an outside group. The dated 'check back regularly' update cadence further indicates ongoing instruction.

Quoted evidence — verbatim spans from the page

  • Before the summer is over, all likely voters in North Carolina’s 11th Congressional District, especially outside of Asheville city limits, need to see/read/hear (on broadcast, streaming and in digital or in the mail) that:
Segmented audience (likely voters, outside Asheville) paired with channel directives (broadcast, streaming, digital, mail) — classic media-buy instruction to an outside spender.
  • Voters first need to receive positive communication about Jamie Ager and his efforts to help his community rebuild after Helene.
Prescribed message sequencing and theme written as an instruction for ad content.
  • It is important that likely voters hear from REAL Western North Carolinians expressing their disappointment in Chuck Edwards. People searching Chuck Edwards need to know about his disappointment on Helene recovery as well.
Directive on contrast framing and targeting voters searching the opponent — guidance for ad messaging and placement.

Before the summer is over, all likely voters in North Carolina’s 11th Congressional District, especially outside of Asheville city limits, need to see/read/hear (on broadcast, streaming and in digital or in the mail) that:

Jamie Ager has deep local roots and can be trusted to deliver for Western North Carolinians and fix what’s broken in Washington.

Voters first need to receive positive communication about Jamie Ager and his efforts to help his community rebuild after Helene.

Jamie Ager is a fourth-generation Western North Carolina farmer and small business owner who runs Hickory Nut Gap Farm. He’s standing up to help his community rebuild after crisis.

Jamie says Western North Carolinians deserve steady leadership in crisis. When Hurricane Helene devastated this area, Jamie opened his home and donated food from his farm to help those who had lost everything. In Congress, he will fight to secure every dollar of federal recovery funding that Western North Carolina was promised, he’ll hold FEMA accountable, and make sure poor disaster recovery like Helene never happens again.
Jamie has helped this community rebuild after Hurricane Helene, and now he’s running for Congress to get costs under control, make health care more affordable, protect farmland, and take on the broken system in Washington to stop politicians from getting rich off insider stock trading. Jamie will work for the people, not just the wealthy and well-connected.

It is important that likely voters hear from REAL Western North Carolinians expressing their disappointment in Chuck Edwards. People searching Chuck Edwards need to know about his disappointment on Helene recovery as well.

Jamie will work for the people, not just the wealthy and well-connected.
Meanwhile, Congressman Chuck Edwards was nowhere to be found. Nearly two years after Helene, Edwards has secured barely 15% of the federal recovery dollars our communities need. Instead, Edwards endorsed gutting federal emergency management programs and cutting funding to the largest food bank that was distributing Helene relief to farmers. Over $100 million in pre-approved disaster cuts was frozen, and Western NC families are still waiting for Congressman Edwards to take action.

It is important that likely voters hear from REAL Western North Carolinians expressing their disappointment in Chuck Edwards. People searching Chuck Edwards need to know about his disappointment on Helene recovery as well.
