The page is a media toolkit but contains explicit directives for paid advertising: specifying channels, geography, audience segments, and message themes. The language instructs outside spenders on what ads to run and to whom, rather than persuading voters directly or serving as a standard press kit. The inclusion of ad assets (backup, broll) further confirms its function as red-box guidance.

Quoted evidence — verbatim spans from the page

Directive with timing ('as soon as possible') and audience segmentation (persuadable voters, men under 54, women) for ad targeting.

OVERVIEW:
Joe Mitchell has spent his career putting himself and the special interests he worked for ahead of Iowa families.  He has been part of the corrupt political system his entire career, and he will fit right in with the corrupt politicians in Congress who rig the system to benefit themselves.

SUMMARY:

Voters across the district should read and see ads on broadcast TV in the Cedar Rapids market, on OTT and streaming that:

Mitchell voted to give developers like himself tax incentives that he benefited him from personally byand pocketed $2.5 million in state tax credits for his business. Then he voted to let landlords like himself deny housing aid to veterans and people with disabilities while housing costs continue to rise. He’s spent his career enriching himself

He has a pattern of taking money from criminals, including felons OR a mobstermobsters and fraudsters

He promised Iowans he would refuse corporate PAC money but has taken more than 300K from corporate special interests, half of that from real estate interests

He supported the Big Beautiful Bill that risked insurance for over 25,000 district residents and forced the closure of clinics and health clinics.

He voted for Governor Reynolds’ agenda that shifted money from public education to private schools and gave the ultra-wealthy $2 billion in tax cuts.

As soon as possible voters across the district, but especially persuadable voters–men under 54, and women need to read that Lindsay James is the mom of two teenagers and an ordained pastor driven by her faith and her moral compass to serve the people, not the powerful. Her calling is to make life better and more affordable for people and to treat them with dignity and respect. Lindsay has worked to find solutions to the challenges facing Iowa families – no matter their political party.

Now she’s running for Congress to fix a broken system that doesn’t work for regular people anymore. In Des Moines, she took on powerful out of state corporate interests and their lobbyists. In Washington, she’ll take on the culture of corruption and work to fix a broken and ineffective Congress.

Fought to protect mobile home residents from predatory landlords

Fought to expand access to affordable insulin

She will work to ban congressional stock trading and pass term limits

She will work with Democrats and Republicans to find commonsense solutions to bring down the cost of groceries and healthcare.
