No longer present. When this page was last checked, on September 6, 2026, this guidance was not found. The finding remains on the ledger and the archived evidence below is preserved — guidance taken down after drawing notice is itself part of the record.

The page contains a directive framing ('need to read and see') aimed at a segmented audience ('those who don't typically vote in primaries') with prescribed message themes and contrast framing against an opponent, which are positive signals for red-box guidance. However, the content could also be read as a press-release-style message written to persuade voters or brief journalists, and the page includes standard campaign contact and donation information. The intended audience — outside spender vs. press/voters — is genuinely unclear, warranting an ambiguous classification.

Quoted evidence — verbatim spans from the page

  • Voters across the district, including those who don't typically vote in primaries, need to read and see that Luke Bronin will bring the new energy Democrats need to fight back against Trump and fix a broken system.
Segmented audience directive ('those who don't typically vote in primaries') paired with a prescribed message theme and instruction about what voters 'need to read and see' — language that could function as guidance to an outside spender on targeting and messaging.
  • Please check back for additional updates, photos, and video.
Dated update cadence ('Updated July 10, 2026') with a 'more to follow' note implying ongoing instruction, consistent with red-box guidance provisioning.

Voters across the district, including those who don’t typically vote in primaries, need to read and see that Luke Bronin will bring the new energy Democrats need to fight back against Trump and fix a broken system. John Larson is a good man, but he’s entrenched in this broken system – taking over $5 million in Corporate PAC donations, including hundreds of thousands of dollars from Big Pharma and Big Banks. Luke Bronin refuses to take corporate PAC money, will make big corporations pay what they owe, will work to lower costs for working families and the middle class, abolish ICE, reverse Trump’s cuts to our health care, and repeal tax cuts for the super wealthy. John Larson has held elected office for nearly 50 years and is part of the broken political system where the big corporations call the shots, and Americans pay for it in higher prices. It’s time for new voices and new energy – that’s why the Connecticut Democratic Party has endorsed Luke Bronin.
