Posted public messaging guidance consistent with red-boxing

The page contains explicit directives targeting specific voter segments (progressive primary voters, Latino voters) with a prescribed message to be delivered on digital video platforms and via mail. This is not a press kit or voter persuasion page; it is guidance for an outside group to run ads. The inclusion of geographic targeting (precincts, zip codes) and a dated update further confirm red-boxing.

Quoted evidence — verbatim spans from the page

  • Likely Democratic primary voters in the NEW CA-06 (zip codes and precincts below) – particularly those modeled to be somewhat to very progressive – as well as a broad selection of non-Republican Latino voters need to see on digital video platforms like Meta, YouTube, and other streaming platforms and in their mailboxes that:
Segmented audience with specific demographics and geography, paired with directive to see a message on specific media channels (digital video, mailboxes) – classic red-box instruction to an outside group on media buy.
  • Updated: May 7th
Dated update cadence implying ongoing instruction, typical of red-box guidance.
  • Precincts CA-06 / Zip Codes CA-06
Geographic targeting cues (precincts and zip codes) that only make sense as media-buy instructions for ad placement.

Likely Democratic primary voters in the NEW CA-06 (zip codes and precincts below) – particularly those modeled to be somewhat to very progressive – as well as a broad selection of non-Republican Latino voters need to see on digital video platforms like Meta, YouTube, and other streaming platforms and in their mailboxes that:

Mayor Martha Guerrero is the progressive fighter who stands out for being the one Democrat who can bring the change we need to Washington.

Martha is a proud single mom, public servant, and licensed social worker with working-class roots who has dedicated her career to standing up to the rigged system and helping people get ahead.

For two decades and as West Sacramento Mayor, she’s delivered results to project jobs and neighborhoods.

Now, Martha is running for Congress to bring her progressive values and problem-solving approach to Washington to stop Trump’s abuse and put people, not corporate special interests, first.

She will:

Reduce the high cost of living by getting prices down on everyday needs, end Trump’s illegal tariffs and his unnecessary war in Iran that is costing billions and raising gas prices, and ensure the wealthy and big corporations pay their fair share.

Pass Medicare for All to reduce healthcare costs and guarantee universal access, and restore Medicaid funding.

Stand up to Trump’s corruption, protect our democracy and civil and reproductive rights, and stop insider trading by Congress and Trump administration officials.
