No longer present. When this page was last checked, on September 3, 2026, this guidance was not found. The finding remains on the ledger and the archived evidence below is preserved — guidance taken down after drawing notice is itself part of the record.

The page, though labeled a media kit, contains explicit paid-media instructions: specific channels (streaming, CTV/OTT, YouTube), audience segments (middle class Republican men, middle aged women, veterans), and message framing (Perry's record, avoid Trump). These directives are addressed to whoever will run the ads, not to voters or journalists, and are accompanied by downloadable B-roll for ad use. This matches the red-boxing pattern of providing outside groups with media-buy and messaging guidance.

Quoted evidence — verbatim spans from the page

  • Voters need to see, see on streaming, CTV/OTT, and YouTube, and read that Congressman Scott Perry is making life more expensive for Pennsylvanians because he’s paid for by special interests:
Explicit channel and message directives (streaming, CTV/OTT, YouTube) framed as instructions for paid media.
  • It is important to hear from voters in the district who are middle class Republican men and middle aged women as well as veterans.
Segmented audience targeting with guidance on who should be reached, a hallmark of media-buy instruction.
  • Perry’s record should be laid out in a clear and sober light.
Prescribed tone and framing for the ad content, written as guidance for an outside producer.
  • We do not need to have a conversation about President Trump.
Directive on what to avoid in messaging, indicating strategic control over ad content.

Voters need to see, see on streaming, CTV/OTT, and YouTube, and read that Congressman Scott Perry is making life more expensive for Pennsylvanians because he’s paid for by special interests:

Perry voted against a bipartisan bill to lower housing costs and stop Wall Street from buying single family homes. He was the only member of Congress from Pennsylvania, Democrat or Republican, to vote against this legislation.

Barron’s reported in March that the bill would prohibit large investment firms, including the Blackstone Group, from buying up single-family housing to use as rental properties. That month, Blackstone’s chair, CEO, and co-founder, Stephen Schwarzman donated tens of thousands of dollars to Perry’s campaign. Schwarzman’s wife Christine made identical donations at the same time to Perry.

Perry has made life more expensive for Central Pennsylvanians by siding with special interests who fund his campaign.

Perry took more than $150,000 from energy companies and voted for policies that caused our electric prices to skyrocket.

Perry took nearly $20,000 from drug companies and voted against allowing the federal government to negotiate lower prices for prescription medicine.

And Perry took more than $400,000 from bankers and Wall Street and voted to allow them to raise our costs with junk fees.

Perry took more than $72,000 from the insurance industry and voted for massive cuts to Medicaid that will strip health insurance from thousands of people in Central Pennsylvania and could force local hospitals to close.

Additional Resources

Perry’s record should be laid out in a clear and sober light.

The region that makes up PA-10 is described as “Central Pennsylvania.”

It is important to hear from voters in the district who are middle class Republican men and middle aged women as well as veterans.

We do not need to have a conversation about President Trump.

The campaign is in a strong position to communicate who Janelle Stelson is.

No longer present. When this page was last checked, on September 3, 2026, this guidance was not found. The finding remains on the ledger and the archived evidence below is preserved — guidance taken down after drawing notice is itself part of the record.

The page, hosted on a campaign website under a 'Media Kit' section, contains explicit directives targeting a specific voter demographic ('Male independent and moderate Republican voters') with instructions on what they 'need to see on any medium.' It prescribes attack lines, cites an opponent's website for credibility, and instructs on tone ('clear and sober light'). These signals indicate the page functions as red-box guidance for an outside spender to run ads, rather than as a standard press kit or voter-facing persuasion page.

Quoted evidence — verbatim spans from the page

  • Male independent and moderate Republican voters need to see on any medium the following:
Segmented audience (male independent and moderate Republican voters) paired with a directive to see specific content on any medium, indicating media-buy guidance.
  • Voters should see Scott Perry’s website with his Social Security position to make his extreme position on Social Security credible.
Prescribed message theme and asset (opponent's website) framed as something voters should see, typical of ad-asset provisioning for outside groups.
  • Voters need to see Perry’s record laid out in a clear and sober light.
Directive language about how the message should be presented, suggesting guidance for ad creative.

Congressman Scott Perry needs to be held accountable for his corruption, supporting sending billions of taxpayer dollars abroad to bailout Argentina and support a war with Iran all while telling his constituents at home that he cannot afford to invest in them. Male independent and moderate Republican voters need to see on any medium the following:

Perry wrote on his own website that he wants to cut Social Security benefits, raise taxes, and even raise the retirement age to 69. And Perry voted to deny nurses, teachers, and firefighters their full Social Security benefits.

Perry took more than $72,000 from the insurance industry and voted to let insurance companies deny care to people with pre-existing conditions. Perry took nearly $20,000 from drug companies and voted against allowing the federal government to negotiate lower prices for prescription medicine. And Perry took more an $300,000 from bankers and Wall Street and voted to allow them to raise our costs with junk fees. Perry sides with the people funding his campaign, not us.

Perry supports the war with Iran which costs two billion dollars a day, caused gas prices to skyrocket and is making life more expensive.

Perry is the only member of congress from Pennsylvania, Democratic or Republican, to vote against a bi-partisan bill to lower housing costs and curb Wall Street from buying single family homes.
