The same page body is also served at https://bohannanforcongress.com/media.

The page, though labeled 'Media Kit,' contains explicit instructions for paid media placement: broadcast, OTT/CTV, digital, and direct mail, targeting specific voter demographics with prescribed messages. This is not standard press kit content or voter persuasion; it is guidance for an outside group to execute independent expenditures.

Quoted evidence — verbatim spans from the page

  • Voters in Iowa’s First Congressional District should see districtwide on broadcast (Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids, and Des Moines), OTT/CTV streaming, and digital – Mariannette Miller-Meeks sold us out.
Directive specifying media channels and geography for an outside group to run ads.
  • registered Independent and registered Republican college-educated women voters between the ages of 18 and 50 need to exclusively read only in the mail — content detailing Miller-Meeks’ extreme stance on abortion access in Iowa.
Segmented audience with specific channel (mail) and message, typical of red-box guidance to outside spenders.

Voters in Iowa’s First Congressional District should see districtwide on broadcast (Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids, and Des Moines), OTT/CTV streaming, and digital – Mariannette Miller-Meeks sold us out.  She is beholden to the drug and insurance companies – and does their bidding.  It is important to hear from real, everyday Iowans – families struggling with the high cost of health care, prescription drugs, and insulin, as well as parents with kids in public schools – worried about funding cuts that are devastating Iowa schools.

1) Prescription Drug Companies, Insurance Companies, and Health Care Costs

On the very same day Miller-Meeks opposed capping the price of insulin at $35/month for seniors on Medicare, she received a campaign contribution from a PAC for one of the largest insulin manufacturers in the country.  As health care and drug prices skyrocket, Miller-Meeks has taken nearly $650,000 from the drug and insurance industries – while giving them over $8 billion in special handouts.  Worse, Miller-Meeks tried to hide a sweetheart deal on a Washington rental home – owned by a Pharma lobbyist – using over twenty five thousand of our taxpayer dollars to pay for it.

2) Pay to Play Corruption

Mariannette Miller-Meeks is bought and paid for by the drug companies. On the very same day she opposed capping the price of insulin at $35/month for seniors on Medicare – she received a campaign contribution from a PAC for one of the largest insulin manufacturers in the country.  Miller-Meeks did it again. She took a contribution from a drug company lobbyist. Then the very next day, Miller-Meeks voted to restrict Medicare’s ability to negotiate lower drug prices while voting the big drug companies over $8 billion in special hand-outs.  Miller-Meeks’s corruption is costing us.

3) Education

Miller-Meeks repeatedly voted to defund public education. She voted to threaten the jobs of more than 100,000 teachers and staff and slash critical funding for math and science.  Instead, Miller-Meeks voted to give billions of our tax dollars – meant for Iowa’s public schools — to fancy private schools.

And then also — registered Independent and registered Republican college-educated women voters between the ages of 18 and 50 need to exclusively read only in the mail — content detailing Miller-Meeks’ extreme stance on abortion access in Iowa.

4) Abortion

Iowa has one of the strictest abortion bans in the country – because of Mariannette Miller-Meeks.   Miller-Meeks calls herself “100% pro-life.”  She wrote a bill that bans all abortions — nationwide, with no exceptions, even in cases of rape, incest, or to save a woman’s life.  Miller-Meeks would take away women’s reproductive rights and freedoms.  Mariannette Miller-Meeks does not share our values.
